Before sculptra
Avoid blood thinners, alcohol, aspiring, vitamin E, St. John’s Wort, Omega 3’s, garlic, ginseng, ginko balboa, and anti-inflammatories 2 days prior to your appointment to avoid bruising.
After sculptra
Massage the treated area 5 times a day for 5 minutes each. To reduce swelling, ice the treated area for 5-10 minutes 2-3 times in the first day, No exercise for 24 hours. Please wait 4-6 weeks before scheduling your next Sculptra treatment.
