Before PRP
Drink lots of water 24 hours before your appointment. Avoid blood thinners, alcohol, aspiring, vitamin E, St. John’s Wort, Omega 3’s, garlic, ginseng, ginko balboa, and anti-inflammatories 2 days prior to your appointment to avoid bruising. No retinoids 24 12 hours prior to your appointment.
After PRP
Leave the PRP on your face for as long as possible, preferably overnight. No exercise for the remainder of the day. Use Tylenol as needed for discomfort. Book your next treatment 4-6 weeks after previous treatment.
